Pros

The system is very easy to learn and navigate. Great customer service. Technical support readily available.

Cons

It is expensive. The software appears old to me. I stop using this software in 2015 , they may have improved or upgraded it.

Pros

Easy to use, customer service is quick to solve problems . It keeps patient profiles organized and easy to read through. It keeps everything in order and detects any drug over or under use and if there are contraindications

Cons

It could be a little more modern and to have a better way of displaying the rxQ and getting rid of prescriptions over a year old

The customer service is what make the srs system one of a kind. They’re quick and fast to respond. They call back immediately if busy and they are all knowledgeable on how to fix any rejection or add any insurance that needs to be added at the time it needs to be added. They are all friendly and take their time with their customers and walk us through anything we need help on. They also contact us right away if our printer toner is down and if we need a new one sent to us so that we don’t run out which is also very helpful when the pharmacy setting is busy and there isn’t time to check in on that ourselves. The system is also up to date on all items that have been taken off the market or withdrawn and are no longer in use and notifies us right away at the time to change it to something else that is still on the market and not expired. It also notifies use of ndc changes patients date of birth if mistaken and it allows us to see the kind of insurance that a patient has whether it be Medicaid Medicare or commercial insurance just by adding the patient information like date of birth name."

Pros

Customer service team is always able to answer, easy to use and teach new techs on, color coded tabs. The text messaging feature to our customers. The workflow proceas notes.

Cons

Not up to date on many features that other software systems have. For instance there is a scanner to scan scripts but instead of it scanning striaght into the computer it prints out a slip then you have to scan the slip, its just an extra step. There is quite a few. Of those situations. Eligibility check you have to do the search then enter it in, when some systems you hit enter and it will all load in. Autofill, there is like five steps to that process and they should automatically go into your refill que but they dont.

Pros

Restart after power outage is fantastic. Great customer service. The flow of the que system is easy to use, and follow. Texting is also a great feature.

Cons

The inability to merge customer files. Not having a rejection que. Lot of hidden key strokes that we never knew existed without calling.

Pros

The system works really well. The customer service is fantastic. They are always willing to answer any questions you have at any time.

Cons

Sometimes there are some features where you have to do more work than you should. For example on the money system you have to enter it into the register and then into they system instead of them being connected.
