Pros

Easy work flow. it is easy to monitor the progress of the prescriptions being filled. Also, when a customer has more than one prescription to pick up, the system is designed in a such a way not to forget to give all the prescriptions to the customers. Also, during the release to patients que, it gives the user a total of amount to collect from patient.

Cons

Not compatible with other companies products such as script Pro dispensing machine. The system is relatively more expensive than other systems.

Pros

it includes safety features of fingerprints and visual drug identification. it allows you to change billing at will call without having to go back thru entire process usually

Cons

have too many Ques. need to be able to go to work que and pull those that are in third party rejections or that are in ACS rejects. Need to be able to change billing in fill and PV

Pros

It has a lot of good features and seems to be a powerful program. It allows for efficient prescription fill in many cases.

Cons

Lots of glitches especially in inventory management. Does not alert you to incoming Erx's or dr. calls.

Pros

EnterpriseRx works great with our retail pharmacy workflow. It is adjustable for our pharmacy needs. It also allows for integration with CoverMyMeds for easy prior authorization approvals and electronic manufacturer's coupons for certain brand name medication. These things plus many other factors help make our workload much easier each day. Besides this, this software is easy for my staff to use and Mckesson's training website is always up to date.

Cons

We are not able to get a cost calculation for our compound medications with the software. It is not easily switched from separate duties on each station to all tasks available at each station, which would be nice to alternate based on number of staff present.

"Totally satisfied with the software and the constant updates that Mckesson does to keep this software ever changing to meet industry needs. It has always been easy to use, easy to train on, and on the cutting edge of pharmacy needs."

Pros

Ease of use, features, and updates. Also they have a monthly webinar session online that is very helpful and always have a section on tips and tricks.

Cons

Customer Service needs to be worked on. Would like more new features faster and more often. Sometimes it takes longer for new releases to come out.

"Overlall I like the product and would reccomend it to a collegue. It is a very efficient system and does have a lot of features that you need to have in this day and age."
